Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website www.myrockrose.com and any commercial transaction carried out via the online shop between the End Consumer (hereinafter referred to as the User) and MyRockrose / MVARC.
Browsing and purchasing any product on www.myrockrose.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By using the website and placing an order, the User declares that:
- Has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- Is legally capable of contracting and using valid payment methods;
- Accepts that Portuguese law regulates any conflict, without prejudice to EU directives or international treaties.
2. Privacy
All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MyRockrose ensures that it will not share data with third parties without the User’s consent, except where necessary for order processing.
3. Intellectual Property
All material on www.myrockrose.com is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication for commercial purposes without prior consent of MyRockrose is strictly prohibited.
4. Security
The website follows international internet security standards.
MyRockrose declines responsibility for improper use of the website, viruses, or external manipulations of electronic communications.
5. Description of Products and Price Information
- Product images may differ from reality due to screen settings.
- All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal.
- Shipping costs are added at checkout.
- Promotions are valid only during the indicated period.
- Saving a product in the cart does not guarantee its price or stock.
6. Stock Availability
In case of unavailability of any item after purchase, the User will be informed within 72 hours, and any amounts charged will be refunded.
7. Right of Free Termination (Returns)
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, with full refund of the amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs).
Returned products must be in perfect condition, complete and in original packaging.
8. Guarantee
Products benefit from the legal warranty defined by Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April.
9. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Ownership passes to the User only after full payment.
Risk is transferred at the time of delivery to the address indicated by the User.
10. General Conditions of Sale
10.1 Orders
- Orders are placed exclusively online at www.myrockrose.com.
- After completing the purchase, the User receives confirmation by e-mail.
- Orders are valid only after full payment.
10.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made through:

MyRockrose will only ship orders after confirmation of payment.
10.3 Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped via CTT Expresso, DPD or partner carriers.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal Mainland: 1–5 business days
- Madeira & Azores: 2–7 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
- We are a small business and there may be periods we are out. We will provide a visible warning on if there is an expected delay in shipping your items
Delays caused by carriers or customs do not entitle to compensation.
10.4 Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If caused by the User (wrong address, absence, refusal, etc.), reshipping costs are borne by the User.
- If caused by MyRockrose, the User may choose a refund or new delivery date.
11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- Returns: accepted within 14 days, provided the products are intact and unused.
- Exchanges: possible within 14 days, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: processed within 14 days after confirmation of returned items.
Defective products must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.
12. Force Majeure
Events such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions may delay or cancel deliveries. In these cases, both parties may terminate the contract without additional costs.
13. Final Provisions
- If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining remain in force.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between MyRockrose and the User.
- MyRockrose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.
